Orthopedic and Sports Rehabilitation –
with a Manual Therapy Emphasis

Live life pain free

You can live your life to its fullest without pain. Whether you’ve been in an auto accident, suffered a sports injury or have suffered from another injury, our team is here to help you heal. We strive to deliver the best and latest physical therapy techniques to help you achieve your goals. Let our physical therapists help you identify the problem and customize an effective plan for you.

Our Approach – Healing Your Body, One Treatment at a Time

Expect individualized treatment with a focus on your individualized goals.  We offer manual therapies including massage, myofascial techniques and joint mobilization/manipulation with a special emphasis on the Orthopedic Manual Physical Therapy (OMPT) approach.  The OMPT system utilizes knowledge of the neuroanatomical system and biomechanics to systematically and comprehensively examine, differentially diagnose, and treat the root cause of pain and dysfunction.  We have found that skilled manual therapy combined with appropriately prescribed exercise (utilizing Red Cord, TRX and other functional exercise modalities) yields excellent patient outcomes.

We also have a variety of treatment modalities including ultrasound, electric stimulation, moist heat, cryotherapy and ice, paraffin, iontophoresis, and kinesiotaping.

Pain doesn’t have to be part of your daily life. No matter what your injury or needs for physical therapy, our team can help you get your life back on track.
